The vitamin B5 included is necessary for the production and metabolism of steroid hormones such as oestrogen. Contains body-ready folate as Metafolin (5-MTHF), which along with magnesium and other B vitamins contributes to normal psychological function as well as the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. 

The magnesium and calcium in MegaMag® Fem Balance both contribute to normal muscle function, as well as the maintenance of teeth and bones. 

This unique formula also contains vitamin C and E which help protect cells from oxidative stress (free radical damage).
 
Dosage
Mix 2 scoops (10.2g) into 100-250ml water or juice and stir or shake.
