With this 6 month service I can help you to work out your most fertile days, detect ovulation & conception and advise on the best remedies for specific hormone imbalances InshaAllah.

Service includes:

1. Hormone Blood Test and Fertility Assessment - Cycle Day 3 hormone panel (FSH, LH, Oestradiol, AMH, TSH) - Fertility Charting Assessment (Using Basal Body Temperature)

2. Fertility Plan - Consultation with a fertility specialist - Personalised dietary recommendations - Recommended fertility plan based on consultation - Personalised exercise recommendations

3. Monthly check-ins with a fertility specialist - Adjustments to your plan as needed

What do you have to do?

All you have to do is take your temperature every morning, at the same time, as soon as you wake and send it to me over WhatsApp.

What will I do?

I will record your temperatures on a chart, assess your hormones using the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) and send you regular updates explaining; how fertility charting works and what your temperatures are saying about your cycle.

I can also tell you when you are ovulating, when your fertile window is, whether you have a hormone imbalance, what type and adjust your fertility plan accordingly InshaaAllah.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact at least 72hrs before your appointment or you will still be charged. You can reschedule an appointment up until 2hrs before your appointment.
