Recurrent miscarriage is usually defined as having two or more miscarriages in a row. I know that going through miscarriage after miscarriage can be devastating for couples, even those with children.

I offer a personal one-to-one service that starts with a Phone Consultation to go over your health and fertility history. This is to help address the possible causes of your reoccurring miscarriages.

You will then receive a pre-conception plan and a pregnancy plan that covers each trimester inshaAllah.

Supplements are included for both you and your spouse and will be sent to you monthly for 6 months. These supplements help to improve Nutrition, Egg health, Sperm quality, Hormone balance, Blood circulation and the Uterine lining.

Preparation is key to a healthy pregnancy and preventing miscarriages, therefore I recommend working with me 3 months before trying to conceive.

If conception happens during this service you will be sent the supplements on the pregnancy plan to help support pregnancy.

HOW TO WORK WITH ME

Book now and select a time that suits you for your initial phone consultation. After your phone consultation you will then receive your first instalment of supplements and fertility charting pack InshaAllah. You will be required to follow your plan daily and record your temperature every morning at the same time as soon as you wake and send it to me over WhatsApp.

HOW I WILL HELP AND SUPPORT YOU

After our initial consultation I will send you a written recommendation and fertility plan to follow InshaAllah. I will record your temperatures on a chart, assess your hormones, send you regular updates explaining what your temperatures mean and when your ideal fertile window is.

I’ll be there every step of the way offering my support and advice when you’re worried, when you have to start, change, or end a particular phase of your fertility plan. At every doctors appointment and scan, if you need someone to discuss your fears with, I’ll be available inshaAllah.

This 6 month service offers you a complete plan from preconception to birth. I aim to take away your fears of going through another loss while trying to conceive and to help you confidently take steps to reach your dream of holding your baby in your arms inshaAllah.

After this 6 month service you can continue working with me with the Pregnancy Support Service.

*Supplements recommended in your personalised fertility plan are included in the fees. These will be sent to you each month for 6 months.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact at least 72hrs before your appointment or you will still be charged. You can reschedule an appointment up until 2hrs before your appointment.
