Recurrent miscarriage is usually defined as having two or more miscarriages in a row. I know that going through miscarriage after miscarriage can be devastating for couples, even those with children.

I offer a personal one-to-one service that starts with a Phone Consultation to go over your health and fertility history (to help address the possible causes of your reoccurring miscarriages) and continues until birth InshaAllah.

You will then receive a 3 month pre-conception plan (supplements included*) and a pregnancy plan that covers each trimester inshaAllah.

Preparation is key to a healthy pregnancy and preventing miscarriages, therefore I recommend working with me 3 months before trying to conceive.

HOW TO WORK WITH ME

Book now and select a time that suits you for your initial phone consultation. After your phone consultation you will then receive your first instalment of supplements and fertility charting pack InshaAllah. You will be required to follow your plan daily and record your temperature every morning at the same time as soon as you wake and send it to me over WhatsApp.

HOW I WILL HELP AND SUPPORT YOU

After our initial consultation I will send you a written recommendation and fertility plan to follow InshaAllah. I will record your temperatures on a chart, assess your hormones, send you regular updates explaining what your temperatures mean and when your ideal fertile window is.

I’ll be there every step of the way offering my support and advice when you’re worried, when you have to start, change, or end a particular phase of your fertility plan. At every doctors appointment and scan, if you need someone to discuss your fears with, I’ll be available inshaAllah.

This 3 month service offers you a complete plan from preconception to birth. I aim to take away your fears of going through another loss while trying to conceive and to help you confidently take steps to reach your dream of holding your baby in your arms inshaAllah.

*Supplements recommended in your personalised fertility plan are included in the fees. These will be sent to you each month.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact at least 24hrs before your appointment or you will still be charged. You can reschedule an appointment up until 2hrs before your appointment.
