This 3 month service and comprehensive plan combines Islamic principles with modern medical approaches to help couples struggling with unexplained infertility.

I offer a personal one-to-one service that starts with a Phone Consultation to go over your health and fertility history, this helps to identify and address the possible causes of your fertility issue InshaAllah.

I will then make you a Fertility Plan with personalised recommendations to follow and your Test Kits, Supplements and Holistic tools that you will need inshaAllah.

Service includes:

1. Hormone Blood Test and Fertility Assessment - Cycle Day 3 hormone panel (FSH, LH, Oestradiol, AMH, TSH) - Fertility Charting Assessment (Using Basal Body Temperature)

2. Fertility Plan - Consultation with a fertility specialist - Personalised dietary recommendations - Recommended fertility plan based on consultation - Personalised exercise recommendations

3. Fertility-Boosting Supplements - A personalised supplement plan based on your needs

4. Lifestyle and Spiritual Guidance - Nutritional advice incorporating Sunnah foods (dates, honey, olive oil) - Du'a and spiritual practices to enhance fertility - Castor oil pack to detoxify and reduce inflammation - Stress reduction techniques

5. Follow-up Consultations - Monthly check-ins with a fertility specialist - Adjustments to your plan as needed
